This Kale and Farro Salad (aka Kale Tabbouleh Salad) is bright, cheery and festive, perfect for make-ahead lunches. With crunchy cucumber, sweet cherry tomatoes, and buttery avocado, this dish makes a refreshing lunch. Save Pin.
